Your deposit and this form is due on the same day, no booking will be made until both have been received which could result in your date been taken. If you need more time please let me know.

Your are welcome to clean as much as you like before we arrive to lower your costs but if you are cleaning walls please do not use sugar soap, gumption or abrasive cleaning chemicals as this can leave a residual that will require removal and may increase cleaning time.

Terms and Conditions:

You hereby agree that the balance of payment is due immediately on completion of clean via direct deposit to the above account or by cash at the property before we leave. If paying by direct deposit confirmation of payment must be provided via text or email. An invoice will not be issued but a paid receipt will be provided on payment. Our warranty terms does not include damage or un-cleanable items, your warranty period is 7 days from cleaning day only and a detailed list must be provided along with photos if possible. If your property has been treated for fleas after our clean, dead bugs is unavoidable and is not covered under our warranty.

You hereby agree that if instructions and information supplied by Gympie Clean Co. have not been followed your warranty may be voided.

You hereby agree that if payment is not received you authorise us to collect any outstanding amounts via any means possible including QCAT and to share any photos or evidence that the job has been completed to the best of our professional abilities with third parties and a further administration fee will be payable.

You hereby agree to allow Gympie Clean Co. to use their discretion on decisions that may need to be made with the clean and that the staff numbers on site at the property will not affect the hours estimated, your estimation sent to you is calculated in single person hours. If your estimated hours example 10hours then this may be 1 person @ 10 hours our 4 persons @ 2.5hours.
