Please enure that your dates for move out and key return is correct. This will ensure there is no confusion for availability.
Things to do before we arrive:
Completely move out and take all rubbish with you
Wash and re-hang any curtains
Treat any oil spots on garage floor we do not treat oil stains on concrete
Exterior clean including window and door screens, concrete areas and sheds on the property not attached to the house. (we only clean enclosed garages attached to the property)
Bins emptied and cleaned
Lawn mowing and gardening
Mould on ceilings and cornices are not included in our cleans- If you have mould in the property please let us know
Our Minimum call out is 4 hours.
A deposit of $500 will be required at the time of booking with the balance due before we leave the property by direct deposit or meet us at the property with cash, any unused deposit will be refunded.
