Sale Clean Enquiry Form- interior only including exterior window glass on single story

Please enure that your dates for move out and settlement date is correct. This will ensure there is no confusion for availability.

Things to do before we arrive:

• Completely move out and take all rubbish with you, we only clean empty properties

  
  

Items we don't do but if you would like to do these yourself please have them done before we arrive

• Wash and re-hang curtains

• Treat any oil spots on garage floor

• Exterior clean including window and door screens

• sheds on the property not attached to the house. (we only clean enclosed garages attached to the property)

• Bins emptied and cleaned

• Lawn mowing and gardening

• Mould on ceilings and cornices are not included in our cleans- If you have mould in the property please let us know

Our Minimum call out is 4 hours.

A deposit of $500 will be required at the time of booking with the balance due before we leave the property by direct deposit or meet us at the property with cash, any unused deposit will be refunded.
